What your supplier must do
- Every carton must be marked with your shipping mark, your name and your phone number. Without all three the warehouse will refuse the delivery.没有入仓号和客人名字以及电话号码，仓库拒收货物！
- A detailed Chinese packing list must be sent with the goods and given to the warehouse.请务必随货附带准确中文装箱单，详细的中文装箱单一定要给到仓库！
- If your goods need customs declaration or a tax refund, contact us in advance — this cannot be arranged after the goods arrive.如需报关退税货物请提前联系操作！
